A WORLD WHERE LIFE EXISTS VIRTUALLY EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK.

    A WORK IN PROGRESS

Extremely improbable forms of life exist virtually everywhere on earth!   Life is not in any way simple.  Life obviously does not just fill a few spots on earth.  Incredibly complex life is virtually everywhere on earth.  This by itself raises the profound question; If Darwinian evolution is responsible all by itself and life fills every niche, where is all the evidence of all the life forms which entered dead-end pathways of evolution and died off when the conditions changed.  Where are all the ancestral form fossils of the dead ends?  If evolution were truly just selection from random variations, such evidence of many dead ends would exist.

If Darwinian evolution is supposed to be the entire explanation for life (there are numerous reasons to believe it is not), Darwinism as a complete explanation for all of life has a lot of explaining to do.  In fact, if it is to be believed as more than a fine tuning mechanism (micro evolution), it must literally explain every bit of life via a reasonable probability explanation.

If the chance of Darwinian evolution creating a novel structure (not just simple repeats or misplacements) was even as large as 1/1000, researchers working with Drosophila flies would have created more than just misplace or extra sets or missing sets of body parts.  Researchers subject the flies to extreme conditions of food deprivation, radiation, temperature and have not created anything but flies with defects which would not survive in the wild.  So even if one believes in Darwinian macro evolution one can only conclude that the chance of a viable species evolving from another is less than 1/1000.

So even assuming that most life forms evolved from another (DNA commonalities is possibly evidence but not proof of that) then each improbability of each life form is multiplied time the improbability of every other life form if one looks at the chance of them existing together.  Darwinists cannot simply wave the term evolution and say that once life got going it filled all niches by survival of the fittest.  Each life form alone carries with it an improbability that is very high (except for minor differences such as the length of bird beaks or colors, etc.)  To fill up the earth requires a long string of improbabilities that is beyond reason.

Let's continue with the extreme assumption in favor of Darwinism (only to illustrate a point) that each significantly unique form of life has a one in one thousand chance of happening by Darwinian evolution (this is being generous probably by a factor of millions at least, but to illustrate the point, we will assume that it is only one chance in a thousand that each life form evolves only by Darwinian selection.) even with this extreme assumption in favor of evolution, finding two significantly different forms of life which have truly novel differences together on the earth would be improbable to 1/1000 times 1/1000 or one chance in a million. Finding three forms would have a chance of one in a billion, four forms 1 chance in a trillion, etc.  (Yes we are assuming that one life form does not come from another in a way which would make the odds better than 1000 to 1, but we are also making a more than compensating extreme assumption in favor of Darwinian evolution and a significantly different life form arising from another is also extremely improbable.

Note that in reality, even giving Darwinian evolution the extreme benefit of the doubt, the chance of finding even a small percentage (considering only those species which are truly different in novel ways) of the estimated for example more than 100,000 species believe to exist just in the smoky mountains, is a chance so small that it stretches even the most elastic reasonable imagination beyond an scientifically credible possibility.   Multiply 1/1000 by itself even 10000 times (assuming that only 1 in 100 of the species are truly novel) and you get a number close to zero for all practical purposes.  Professor of Biochemistry S. Kauffman in his book "Investigations" says on page 74 "There are now some hundred million species, representing perhaps a thousandth of the total diversity that has wondered our globe. If we again assume that only  1 in 100 species if truly novel in some way, and you multiply 1/1000 (being very generous again) by itself only a million times, you get a ridiculously small probability of explaining the diversity of life by chance selection from random mutations.  On top of that, even new phyla are being found.  New Phyla from the Lobster Mouth.  Truly unique (not simply new species which are different size, color, etc.) forms of life are still being found today.

All the improbabilities of Darwinian evolution creating the rich biosphere on earth must start with the beautiful balance of the laws of physics. To that factor, one must add the very special state of order in the universe and include the improbability of the origin of life (no scientific evidence exists of any origin.) (Your cells are complex chemical factories each of which contain at least 20,000 molecular motors.) You then have to multiply by all these improbabilities together and include of the improbability of the suitability of the earth for life. (Refer to the book Rare Earth.) Each improbability in these strings of improbabilities again has to be multiplied by all the other improbabilities. This shows that there is not even an infinitesimally significant chance of life on earth total occurring without some design or directive factor which is far beyond survival selection from blind chance mutations.

Even with each type of life using DNA (THE TRUTH ABOUT DNA) and even allowing for some species to evolve (adapt to the environment) to some limited degree, there is almost no significant chance that without a designer the world would be so incredibly rich in life. It is almost certain that there is some much deeper and profound explanation just for the abundance of life on earth alone. It is extremely unlikely that Darwinian selection from chance is an adequate mechanism to explain more than a small part of the complexity of life.

Even a few mainline Darwinists are beginning to recognize the limits of Darwinism fall far short of the mysteries of life, especially in regards to the origin of life.  The scientist, Dr. D. Kenyon, who wrote one of the mainline books on evolution "Biochemical predestination (Doctorate in biophysics and professor of biology at S.F. State University in Calif.) has through his studies come to now believe that Darwinism cannot be the full explanation and that design of some type must also be involved in the origin of life and evolution.
