SCIENCE RELATED ARGUMENTS THAT CAN BE MADE SUPPORTING A BELIEF IN GOD:

Note; All these improbabilities need to be multiplied times each other.

1) The extreme improbability of the initial conditions of the universe being such as to make life even possible.   

2) The extreme improbability of the laws of physics being precisely balanced for life.  Design Evidences in the Cosmos Dr. Hugh Ross, Ph.D. in Physics.

3) The extremely improbable features of the earth.  "Rare Earth" book.  Note; We believe that life is not merely uncommon but rather is extremely likely to be limited to earth (and possibly some transference via meteor impacts of microscopic life from earth to some other body within the solar system.)

4) The extreme improbability of the origin of life.

5) The extreme improbability of DNA and its interdependent molecular machinery to make proteins.  (If somehow one could make every possible protein, only one molecule of each would fill the entire universe many times over!)

6) The extreme improbability of control (HOX and other) genes to control proteins. (What controls the control genes?)

7) The extreme improbability of all the life forms functioning in harmony over all the earth.

8) The enigma of consciousness (only its properties of interaction with the world are understood, not its fundamental mechanism.)
