What you can do about science
misuse and atheistic misrepresentation;
It is not enough just to know that science is being misused by monetary and
atheistic interests, unless actions are taken, the situation will get worse as
our lives become more and more dependent on technology
while society becomes less safe and less moral. (We do not, however,
advocate that any religious organization get involved in trying to directly control any
public monies science funding except in cases where there is a clear abuse.
Any action should be through the ballot box.)
Why Science Matters; A Dummy's Guide to the Philosophy of Science
What can you do then?
1) Become at least basically literate in one or more areas of science
sufficient to be able to ask questions and to understand where the science is
going.
2) Question your children about what they are learning about science in
school and "what they have been told it means."
3) Get involved with your local school board and find out what they are
teaching as science. Insist they teach only science facts and not
somebody's opinion about meaning. Insist that they teach science
uncertainties, limits of theories, and science controversies.
4) Contact your congressional representatives and let them know your concerns
about the misuses of public monies and the need for laws to prevent misuses of
science by businesses.

6) Write letters to the editor, attend meeting/programs related to science
and ask questions, and ask office candidates questions on their understanding of
science and vote accordingly.
